Each home is factory tested and inspected by "HUD" a National Building Code. After all it's got to travel down the highway at 55 miles an hour plus! It's got to be built better!

The square-foot construction cost of a manufactured home can be less than half that of site-built home, while providing the same quality as a typical stick built home. You also will have the cost of your home site and any improvements that need to be made to the land. For example you may need a septic tank, road, utilities or other site improvements.
Where can you put a manufactured home? You are able to place these homes on your property or in a planned community or park.
Is the interest rate any higher on these homes? The interest rate may be the same as a new stick built home on your own property. The rate will be a bit higher if you put your new home on leased or rented land. We have many financing sources available to us.
